This can be Cyperus pilosus or Cyperus procerus. Require specimen to confirm the identity.

Seen while travelling on the Mumbai-Nasik highway last week (28.7.21)
This can be Cyperus pilosus Vahl or C. procerus Rottb. Specimen needs to be examined to confirm the identity.
