A common ornamental plant in Southern India. I have this plant in my house.
I am sending a photo of the same flower. Place : Ovalekarwadi Butterfly garden, Thane.

Is it Verbena bipinnatifida Schauer as per link below ?:
Details in the images are not clear.
But I feel it may turn out to be Verbena aristigera only as per images, references and details herein.
Neither POWO nor Catalogue of Life gives its distribution in India or nearby areas, as introduced.
As per details at Verbena, only Floral Database of Tamilnadu reports it from higher elevations (In fact, they do not report Verbena aristigera syn. Verbena tenuisecta, which are the observations in our database). Flora of Peninsular India reports Verbena bipinnatifida, but without any details.

Please ID this prostrate ornamental plant. Photo was taken in Sri Lanka in Sep 2012.
Seems to be Glandularia pulchella.
It looks like Verbena sps.
