Most likely to be some Crinum species as per images herein.
This is Pancratium and most probably P. verecundum.
Thank you for email the plans shown in the above photograph is Pancratium (Amaryllidaceae). Kindly check it with Pancratium telanganense or Pancratium parvum.
The images is of Pancratium Dill. ex L. species, without flowering but from fruits and other characteristics looks like Pancratium triflorum Roxb.
