To me yes, appears close to Pollia subumbellata C.B.Clarke, as suggested by …, as per comparative images at Pollia and keys in Flora of China and FoC illustration.
Five species are reported in BSI Flora of India Checklist, which appears to be available in NE India as per distribution herein.
