It is Aporosa lindleyana of Euphorbiaceae, In Kerala it is the tree of triketa star (kettai, one of astrology star)
This looks different from other images at Aporosa cardiosperma (Gaertn.) Merr.
Similar to Aporosa cardiospermabut the fruits are somewhat depressed, suggesting recognition as a distinct variety after further studies.
May be a new species as well!
