Appears Acanthaceae member.
Looks like Andrographis but did not find an exact match. Only one sp. Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees is listed for Nepal.
I think it may be Echinacanthus attenuatus as per POWO specimen and GBIF specimens- one and two
Pl. check.
My best guess (and it is only a guess as the specimen is very immature) is Strobilanthes hamiltoniana.
