I think more closer to images at Commicarpus chinensis (L.) Heim. compared to those at Commicarpus helenae (J. A. Schult.) Meikle (syn: Boerhavia verticillata Poir.)

Without the examination of flowers and fruits it is difficult to arrive at the correct ID

Looks like the name Boerhavia chinensis (L.) Rottb. has regained acceptance, at least looks so in The Plants List, and Commicarpus chinensis (L.) Heim. is now considered as its synonym. Please validate.
