The plant has toothed leaves, lower surface is clearly visible, with distinct petiole, upper veins clearly visible, leaves more or less lanceolate.

Please help me to identify this herb

Occurrence: Common

This could be Pouzolzia sp (Urticaceae).

Looks like Pouzolzia hirta to me

Probably Pilea glaberrima

Pilea glaberrima is a different plant, I guess.
The leaves are opposite in Pilea and serration is different.

Thanks to the useful publication on Old World Pouzolzia, perhaps the specimens can be sorted out more precisely.

The above plant has clearly toothed leaves, lower surface is clearly visible, with distinct petiole, upper veins clearly visible, leaves more or less lanceolate.
All above features place it under Pouzolzia sanguinea var. sanguinea

This plant like a Asthma Weed??

Suggest Rhamnaceae.

Fruit will help further in id.
Off-hand guess for genus: Rhamnus.

This may be Celtis sp possibly timorensis if that appears in local flora.

It is not a tree. It hardly 3/4 tall weed and guess some Urticaceae, may be Pilea ?
