Yes it is Pittosporum napaulense (DC.) Rehder & E.H. Wilson (= Pittosporum floribundum Wight & Arn)
This to me appears more closer to Pittosporum dasycaulon Miq. as per GBIF.

This ID came from …, and I am convinced about it as Pittosporum dasycaulon.
The  the fruit cluster reminds of the dense flower cluster.
Inflorescence of Pittosporum napaulense is much sparser (not dense / close as seen in P. dasycaulon).

Plant habit: tree, erect branches, branchlets, hard woody stem 40 inches base circumference, rough brown bark, velvety young sprout
Height: 06 meters
Leaves: alternate whorled, elliptic, acute, soft smooth flexible, velvety young leaves, size upto:14×6cm
Flower: terminal umbel inflorescence, clustered, diameter:09mm, off-white, good fragrance
Fruit: drupe green into brown, ovoid, diameter:11mm, not edible
Seed: purplish 4-5 nos., irregular compressed, size:05mm
