Strobilanthes bheriensis (Shakya) J. R. I. Wood, Edinburgh J. Bot. 51: 218 1994. (syn: Didyplosandra bolumpattiana (Bedd.) Bremek.; Dossifluga bheriensis Shakya; Strobilanthes bolumpattianus Bedd.) ?;
India (SW-Ghats (Tamil Nadu)), Nepal as per Catalogue of Life;
The CoL has wrongly synonymized things.. They are two different Strobilanthes belonging to two different phytoveographic location.

Nepal –  The native range of this species is W. & Central Nepal. It is a perennial and grows primarily in the wet tropical biome.

TAMIL NADU, COIMBATORE, endemic to Bola. Patti Hills.
The native range of this species is SW. India (Tamil Nadu). It is a shrub or tree and grows primarily in the wet tropical biome.
