Boerhavia sp. Confirmation: 4 images- 3 high res.
I have collected this Boerhavia sp. From wetlands of North Gujarat (Oct-2021). Its similar to Boerhavia diffusa but fruits of plants have shiny and glabrous whereas in B.diffusa all 5 margins of fruits have glands on them. And stiky substance are present whereas in this plant is absent.
Please help me to confirm species level id.
Boerhavia erecta L.!
Fruits shape are different in B.erecta. apex is truncate. Here is differ from this.
As per the flowering most probably it is B. diffusa. Some important details getting from Bombay Flora (It is a Protean plant changing it’s appearance according to soil and situation). Please check their distribution in and around the study area.
