This is GHETU (ঘেটু) or BHAT (ভাট) in Bengali – http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl/record/kew-42708. There is a lot of confusion in the matter. As per GRIN, Volkameria infortunata Roxb. is syn. of Clerodendrumviscosum Vent.
The Plant List gives Clerodendrumviscosum Vent. as a syn. of Clerodendruminfortunatum L. which is the only species as of now in efi database as per link: Clerodendrum infortunatum
