Looks different from Aster indamellus as per POWO.
Could not find a match as per comparative images at Aster.
Maybe some other genus.

Looking like Aster thomsonii to me. Time of flowering and leaves also matching.

I do not think it matches with either of these two.
Looks different from Cordiofontis nepalensis as per GBIF specimens- one, two, three.
