Rutaceae week: UD7 Ornamental Citrus not otherwise classified: I just found some notes… hastily jotted down these fruits were most likely Kumquats…. so not really dubia, Yes … This seems to be the oval kumquat, Fortunella margarita (Lour.) Swingle (syn: Citrus margarita Lour.), Nagami kumquat, Now treated as synonym of C. japonica Thunb. by both POWO and Catalogue of Life.

Nurserymen says it is Chinese orange Citrus microcarpa??? may be a bad guess I think u r right … Watch for the fruits and then decide. Possibly Citrus Aurantium. I agree with whoever said that to wait till the fruits appear… watch’em mature and then open up one, if its your own tree or your study tree. It is Citrus japonica Thunb. as per images and details herein. It is Round kumquat tree. The name is changed to Fortunella japonica. Round shaped fruit used in juice and marmalade making.

Rutaceae Week : Ornamental for ID : Nasik : 080512 : AK-1: no.. Idea… but the flowers and the peculiar leaves just made me think if it was a Rutaceae member. May be some Citrus species Citrus mitis….. Calamondin orange or Hazara….. .
