Eryngium billardieri / correct scientific name:

There seems to be two versions of this name going –
Eryngium billardieri Delile
Eryngium billardierei F.Delaroche
and the website has used both inconsistently (search for ‘billardier’) at
I presume this may have arisen by expanding an ambiguous author abbreviation “Del.”; the form according to PoWo (https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:841675-1), flora.org.il (https://flora.org.il/en/plants/erybil/),  and others is Eryngium billardierei F.Delaroche

yes F. Delaroche would be more appropriate.
The plant has been uploaded by me, I had abbreviated the name but given full citation same as in Catalogue of Life
 Eryng. Alep. Hist. 25, t. 2 (1808)
(POWO gives Nouv. Bull. Sci. Soc. Philom. Paris, sér. 2, 1: 87 (1807), which should be correct?

1807 should be the earliest – in the various Floras I have that mention it they refer to 1808 works, most commonly Eryng. Alep. Hist. 25, t. 2 (1808).
