Flemingia lineata (L.) Aiton is a small shrub and rare in Pantnagar area. Unlike other Flemingia species it flowers during winter season.
This species is not represented in eFI.
Very Nice Photos and information.
But the one found in Maharashtra-Central India is observed with soft hairs on leaves(which is not there in the photographs attached). So, I would request kindly check once accordingly.
Thank you … I have not seen soft hairs on this species whenever I collected it.
Flora of China mention these hair as deciduous; could it be the case here (?) or the variation within a species. Or it may be a varietal difference; I do not know. However, I am sure about the identity of species based on its description in Flora of Upper Gangetic Plains (Duthie 1903-29), Flora of China and images available at Kew site. If not F. lineata it requires a better ID; may be you have some suggestion. Oh in case that must be so. But for sure it F. lineata👍
