Leaves seem to have lateral veins, should be Cordyline as per FoC – http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=10507#KEY-1-28 I think this is Cordyline terminalis Is it Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans) ? It is not Dracaena fragrance, it is Cordyline, may be C. terminalis. Leaves are too broad for D.fragrance. Cordyline fruticosa (L.) A.Chev. ??
