Attachments (1) Location : Dampui, Mizoram Looks like species of Litsea of Lauraceae family Litsea species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available on net) I think this is litsea sp. I think it will be a species of Actinodaphne or Litsea (Lauraceae). The attached photo in this mail is interesting. It is closely allied with Litsea khasyana Meisn. (Meisner 1864: 227), but interesting, may be new to science because fruits is totally sessile. More specimens is needed, especially flowering both with male and female flowers.

Myrsyne capitellata ? I think looks different as per images at Alos does not seem to match as per images at My guess would be some Hamamalidaceae? Something near Sycopsis ??
