Narilata

May I ask you to please solve this mystery.

One of my friend has posted a picture of Narilata plant but it looks fake. Wikipidea has the same picture with same answer,

So is there any plant occurs like that in Himalaya or it’s a complete hoax.

I have never heard about this plant on efloraindia.
