Rubiaceae herb for identification 070512MK01: Please help me to identify this plant found on the grasslands of Nilgiris. I taken this picture en route Gudulur from Ooty on 20 August 2011. Altitude: c.2000 m ASL The herb is not more than 10 cm longer. this is Neanotis sp. Please wait for the others to comment. Looks like- Neanotis lancifolia, Rubiaceae.
flowers were not bigger than 1.5 mm three weeks ago in mahabeleshwar attaching another image showing the whole plant I think this is member of Fam.
