From the photos I can see it is Pogostemon erectus group. But not able to say which variety it falls. Any way I provide key for further help.
Calyx 1.5 – 2.0 mm long, nerves thick and muc conspicusous, tomentose outside; nutlets ca 0.8 mm long, obovoid var. tomentosus Calyx less than 1.5 mm long, nerves inconspicuous or slightly visible, villous outside; nutlets ca 0.5 mm long, subglobose: Internodes 10 – 20(-25) mm long; leaves usually 9 to 12 in a whorl, 8 – 12(-15) mm long var. erectus Internodes 2 – 8 mm long; leaves usually 6 in a whorl, 3 – 8(-10) mm long var. gracilis (= P. deccanensis) Thanks, … But as per WCSP, Pogostemon erectus var. gracilis (Dalzell) Panigrahi is a syn. of Pogostemon erectus (Dalzell) Kuntze, Revis. Gen. Pl. 2: 530 (1891). & Pogostemon deccanensis (Panigrahi) Press is another accepted species.
Again it is matter of opinion, I have studied all the specimens available at Calcutta and Pune herbarium, as well as in RBG, Kew and some European herbaria during my visit and concluded that the variations of gracilis and deccanensis are not much and intermediate forms are there.

Pogostemon?
It is Pogostemon stellatus (Lour.) Kuntze, (=Eustralis tomentosa (Dalz.) Panigrahi), Family Lamiaceae
I think it should be Pogostemon deccanensis (Panigrahi) Press as per images herein.
