This small herb was recorded from Kalimpong area.. Please suggest id, even the genus level guess is not accessible to me..
To Add: flowers look like a miniature form of Teucrium quadrifarium ..is this some Teucrium?

To me it appears like Teucrium viscidum var. viscidum as per FOC illustration: SK558 11 JUN-2017:ID : 11 posts by 3 authors. Yes, not Basilicum polystachyon, the other choice came to my mind was Salvia pleibia, but on carefully seeing the corolla, I see a possiblity of anyTeucrium sp. Teucrium polium L. ??
