Bhaumik (1993) have mentioned following species of Thlaspi in India:
  1. Thlaspi andersonii (Hook.f. & Thomson) O.E. Schulz [syn. of Noccaea andersonii (Hook. f. & Thomson) Al-Shehbaz ]
  2. T. arvense L.
  3. T. cochlearioides Hook.f. & Thomson [synonym of Noccaea cochlearioides (Hook. f. & Thomson) Al-Shehbaz]
  4. T. kotschyanum Boiss. & Hohen [synonym of Neurotropis platycarpa (Fisch. & C.A.Mey.) F.K.Mey.]
  5. T. montanum L.
  6. T. septigerum (Bunge) Jafri

The Plant List 2013 indicate that two species are now transferred to other genera as mentioned above.

I have updated eFI (efloraofindia) page on Thlaspi , Noccaea , Neurotropis & Microthlaspi (Pl. click).

Attempts have been made to incorporate most of the species available in India & nearby areas with details & keys directly or through links as far as possible. It’s quite possible that there may be some discrepancy in the accepted names & synonyms taken from other links.

Species discussed so far in efloraofindia are given at the bottom of the page in the form of links against Subpages. On clicking them one can see all the details.

If someone can provide complete list of Indian species with source references it will be wonderful.

Any comments/ corrections are welcome.

I have added list of Indian species of Thlaspi based on Flora of India vol-2.

Thanks a lot, … Thlaspi cochleariforme DC. seems to be missing.

Yes … This species (T. cochleariforme DC.) is not mentioned in this document.
