I photographed this in July and August last year on my treks and found out its identity only a few days ago. I am slowly cataloguing the ferns of my area and sharing them as I go along. 
Dr. Fraser-Jenkins has confirmed the ID.

I have been working on Ferns since 1963. I am a Professor Emeritus of Panjab University, Chandigarh. I am 85 years old.
