Another common weed that has got a new name in recent study in 2012. An annual herb, mostly branched in basal part, branching spreading, farinose; leaves broadly ovate-rhombic, corsely dentate, upper smaller and lanceolate; flowers in small dense clusters, on shorter inflorescence branches; perianth segments 5, united less than half, keeled near apex, farinose; stamens 5; stigmas 2; fruit falling along with perianth.

This one was growing in a field along with spinach (Indian spinach) and Chenopodium album.
There were many of them in that field. While the owner harvested the rest of the crops, these were left in the field.

this is not rare.. a common weed rather..

Does not look like C. murale, more likely to be C. album


I think Chenopodium ficifolium Sm. is also possible as per images and details herein.


Chenopodiastrum murale is also possible.


It is Chenopodiastrum murale, unusual form. You can check my opinion using seeds. They are strongly keeled.
