This looks like Arisaema watti but ID can’t be confirmed from this picture
Please attach few more clear pictures of spathe

This is Arisaema wattii, a species that has its major distribution in Burma but can be found in several of the north-eastern states of India too.
It has a distinctly auriculate spathe and trifoliate leaves, the outer leaflets of the leaves are lobed and a-symmetric.

Quite a few plants, growing singly, were seen in the under growth of the forested area.

At 60/80 cm tall, it is smaller than Arisaema nepenthoides, and differs by its 3-foliolate leaves and a more auriculate spathe. It grows in East India and West China, and flowers from April to May. The spadix is either male or female, rare a bisexual form. Easy to grow, it needs light shade and well-drained soil. This plant came from Chen nursery (China) as A.147. The first three pictures were photographed by Giorgio Pozzi March 2006. Two pictures show a back view. Note the marked auricles in the first picture and the stem in the last. The final picture was taken in 2007 and shows the variegated leaves and the whole plant.

Is the id correct?

Yes, definitely correct! The ones on the north side of the Assam Valley have smaller auricles, the ones on the south side like Mizoram and further into Burma have much larger auricles. Wattii in flower is quite similar to nepenthoides but always has tripartite leaves. Nepenthoides leaves have 5-7 (9) leaflets.
