Appears to be Yucca gloriosa only (The stiff erect leaves of Yucca aloifolia L. have fine sharp marginal teeth and a brown, sharp terminal spine which distinguishes it from Yucca gloriosa) as per the following link:

Yucca gloriosa ( Wild ) confirmation requested : 8 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (4)

This Yucca plant was found in wild habitat
At Kullu, HP about 1200 metres altitude.
To me this plant resembles Yucca gloriosa as it don’t have sharp denticulate margins like Yucca aloifolia, still needs experts confirmation.

I also feel close to images at Yucca gloriosa L.

Its definitely Yucca gloriosa as it is reported in Flora of Himachal Pradesh from Kullu as an escape in wild.

YUCCA GLORISSA FLOWERING IN WINTER: 2 images.
Yucca gloriosa superba a cultivated ornamental normally flowers in early June. This year a plant in my lawn (location Rawathpora, Barzulla Baghat, Srinagar) has come  into full bloom in November which I have never seen before. I do not know if it is the effect of Global warming or something else. Am posting it here to put it on record
