Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type– Wild

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Shrub

Height/Length- around 2 meter

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.- Seen as used in fencing.

This plant is Pulchea indica Less. (Syn: Conyza corymbosa, Pulchea corymbosa) from the family Asteraceae/ Compositae. A very common plant around Kolkata marshy lands.

This is a common undershrub found in rural roadside. It is also used as natural fence to guard frontyard or some cultivated garden plants. Could it be a Eupatorium sp.?

Habit & Habitat : wild undershrub (?) of about 5 ft. height, roadside

Google searched for various Vernonia species, Ageratum & some others for 2 hrs. but no avail !

This is also a very common species. Villagers sometimes use this plant to build a natural boundary wall around their homeyard.

i was wondering if it was Eupatorium species too

Though leaves of this species are more densely dentate than the ones in the above two links outside India, it is possible ID.
