Taken at the Flower Show at Jijamata Udyan, Mumbai on the 18th Feb, 2011. A small plant…there were no flowers when the picture was taken. I think Jacobaea maritima, the dusty miller .

Jacobaea maritima (L.) Pelser & Meijden ?? Yes, to me also appear close to images at Jacobaea maritima (L.) Pelser & Meijden has got no distribution in S. Korea.
It looks more close to Artemisia stelleriana ‘Silver Lace’ with distribution there . Looks different from Artemisia stelleriana ‘Silver Lace’ as per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artemisia_stelleriana
