I hope I will get validation/correction of id for this species shot from valley of flowers area…
is this Saussurea costus ? efi page on Saussurea costus In my views it is Sausurea costus, it is on the way when we cross the small bridge from Gangaria and turned to the way Valley of Flowers and seems to be planted. It is S. costus (= S. lappa) the costus root plant.
