In Flora of India Vol-5. (Eds.-N.P.Singh, J.N.Vohra, P.K.Hajra and D.K. Singh; published by Botanical Survey of India) the account of Indian Hippocrateaceae (included in Celastraceae in eFI) is written by K. Ramamurthy and B.D.Naithani.
As per this document Ramamurthy & Naithani (2000) following species of Salacia occur in India:

As per JSTOR, Salacia roxburghii Wall. is an accepted name with S. salacioides (Roxb.) Rolla Rao & Hemadri as a syn. (may or may not be correct but it is linked now). 
S. macrophylla Blume, synonym S. flavescens Kurz and S. ovalis M. Laws. (Konkan and the Andamans)
As per Genetic Resources of Tropical Crops, Salacia macrophylla Blume (syn. Salacia flavescens) also sorts out the mystery of Salacia flavescens Kurz
