Nepal to China (S. Yunnan) (as per WCSP)

This species is distributed throughout China, Indo-China and the Indian Subcontinent.

Native: Bhutan; China (Yunnan); India; Myanmar; Nepal; Thailand; Viet Nam

Mostly found on upper deciduous or evergreen forest on limestone hills. Often associated with pine, oak and dipterocarp.

Disporum cantoniense (Lour.) Merr.??

I find it closer to Disporum calcaratum D.Don rather than Disporum cantoniense (Lour.) Merr. as per images herein.

Maybe if the spurs elongate I would agree that it is D. calcaratum. It is definitely not D. cantoniense. Is the plant evergreen?
