Seen this climber in Virar region near Mumbai. I also think appears close as per images at Dioscorea hispida Dennst. Wonderful sighting …! Such nice blooming !! To me, yes, Dioscorea hispida. I remember the trifoliate leaves; I had seen the plant at Karnala Bird Sanctuary. .
