Date: 24-05-2015 and 29-05-2014 very saturated colors. HDR is good sometimes, here it seems to overwhelm or may be I’m wrong and this is nor HDR. just regional differences in the flower color. its this intense in the southern states?

Compared to gul mohar this tree flowers for longer periods, and often you can see buds, flowers, pods (copper coloured) and also leaves in the same tree.

Tree up to 25 m tall with brown-tomentose young branches; stipules small, not branched; leaves with up to 14 pinnae, leaflets 10-20 pairs, 10-20 mm long, rounded or retuse at tip; flowers bright yellow in panicles, sepals 7-10 mm long brown-tomentulose; petals 15-25 mm long; pod oblong-elliptic, 5-10 cm long, compressed, 1-4 seeded.

Looks like Peltophorum ferrugineum. Nevertheless you need to check all the vegetative and floral characters to confirm as another species is also seen in Lalbagh.
