Hoppea fastigiata (Griseb.) C.B.Clarke, Fl. Brit. India 4: 100 1883. (Syn: Cicendia fastigiata Griseb.; Exacum concinnum Miq. ex C.B.Clarke; Exacum fastigiatum Arn. ex Griseb. [Invalid]; Pladera fastigiata C.B.Clarke (Unresolved); Pladera pusilla Thwaites (Unresolved)); 
 

Small branched herbs. Leaves opposite, 4-8 x 2-5 mm, ovate, subsessile. Cymes terminal and axillary; peduncles to 5 mm, calyx tube 4 mm, teeth 2 mm, lanceolate, acuminate; corolla tube 4 mm, lobes unequal, lanceolate; stamen 1 perfect, 3 sterile; ovary ellipsoid, one celled, many ovuled, stigma 2 lobed.

Flowering and fruiting: September-October
Deciduous forests and grasslands, also in the plains
Peninsular India, Sri Lanka and Myanmar

Hoppea fastigiata from Chelannur, kerala

A tiny Gentianaceae. We have H.dichotoma here in Uttarakhand which grows on steep slopes often with mosses.

Wild herb from Pazayangadi area of Kannur dt Kerala

Looks much different from images at Hoppea dichotoma Willd.
Appears close to images at Hoppea fastigiata (Griseb.) C.B.Clarke (but I am totally unsure).
Does it have yellow corolla ? I am doubtful in view of details & illustration at

In your specimen its says green flowers, but here these appears to be yellowish. But greenish can be closer to yellowish. Although latest publication as above does not mention such colours. 

As the corolla is exserted, it is Hoppea fastigiata (Griseb.) C.B.Clarke only
