ID No.12082011_ RD 1: Help to ID this plant Date/Time-07/08/2011- 09 AM Location- Place, Altitude, GPS- Assam, Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Wild Type Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-shrub Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Velvety, serrated, about 5-8×4-6 cm Inflorescence Type/ Size- as seen in the photos, Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- 2.5-3.5cm, Yellow Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- Not seen This looks like Gomphostemma to me. Going through keys from Flora of Bhutan as at Gomphostemma, I feel it is closer to Gomphostemma melissifolium Wall. ex Benth. as per specimens at GBIF
I also found it matching as per description in Flora of Bhutan.
