Attaching a collage of a medium size tree. Tiny flowers are white in colour and are visited by butterflies.

Will you please validate the identity of the species?

Difficult to say with these images. Close ups are required for proper id.
Pl. check images at Premna bengalensis

I prefer separate images in stead of collage.

Can you please suggest the location, elevation and

date of image?

Cooch Behar is in the plains of North Bengal. It is 200 km from Siliguri. Date of taken is 6-6-2018.

I guess it is matching. No other Premna sp. matching according to the elevation.

Premna mollisssima

already checked but there is no distribution of the same in UK, HP, and JK as per POWO.

Ok, Is there distribution of Premna corymbosa

Yes no doubt POWO Don’t have distribution of  Premna mollissima but flora of Garhwal shows its distribution in the area.

According to Flora of Garhwal.. there are P. barbata, P. herbacea, P. interrupta, P. latifolia in the same region.
So it may be P. mollissima for me, I think … Sir can help.

Was it planted ?

To me appears close to images and details at Premna bengalensis C.B.Clarke as per comparative images at Premna

oh yes! it appears P.bengalensis. no doubt POWO doesn’t show its distribution in WH but it seems close to bengalensis. … Sir may help us, as this is not in Flora of Garhwal UK.

thank you … for unearthing. attaching one more image of the same.

Was I planted or wild?

Wild Sir.
