Striga gesnerioides only . Herb for id_Sangareddy_Telangana: 2 images. This herb was observed at Sangareddy district. Area has scrub vegetation. Striga gesnerioides Striga gesnerioides indeed.
I read It is an obligate parasite. There were no trees but only grasses around that herb. What could be host plant? It is often parasitic on Lepidagathis spp., mostly L. cuspidata. Yes, I too agree with … for ID, and collected from Lepidagathis cristata,    I too agreed with … I also noted with Lapidagathis. Here I am attaching more details photographs.
