Seen this plant with green colour flowers en-route Hemkund sahib. Could this plant be “Aconogonum rumicifolium“. I took the hint about the ID from one of the post from … Yes …, I was about to suggest that but got fooled with larger looking flowers, perhaps a macro affect.

Altitude: 3000 meters asl I think not As per your comment on another thread (O3) the link by you does give some resemblance to your plant
but if we look at following illustration for Aconogonon tortuosum var. tibetanum
and following of Polygonum tataricum (considered as synonym of Aconogonon var. tortuosum in eFl of Pakistan)
your plant looks much different.
Perhaps … can throw light on all three uploads by you (01, 02, 03). It look me Aconogonum rumucifolium Yes, I think … is right. This looks like Aconogonon rumicifolium (Royle ex Bab.) H. Hara to me too.
