Ardisia crinata or microcarpa_RKC_020611: Both appears to be quite close. It will be interesting to find the difference between the two, if they are not same.
BSI Flora of India Checklist gives, Ardisia crenata Sims syn. Ardisia macrocarpa Wall. in Roxb. (Distr.: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, West Bengal)
Checklist of Nepal gives only Ardisia macrocarpa Wall. as well as Flora of Bhutan.
POWO gives distribution of Ardisia macrocarpa Wall. in Nepal and E. Himalaya, while it does not give distribution of Ardisia crenata Sims in this area.
So I take it as Ardisia macrocarpa Wall., as per images and details herein.
