Date/Time- 24-01-2011 / 12:15 PM Spiraea cantoniensis. There are many varieties in this. which one? I do not know. I have seen such plants in California.

A cultivated shrub Thank you Sir. I am posting two more photos from my last visit which I think you identified for me. These plants were seen in full bloom at the sun temple near Srinagar. I could not connect both as this plant was growing by itself in the wild
