This Jamia sp is widely planted as an ornamental plant in lawns and pots. Not able to determine which species is it. Please suggest ID.

Yes Sir. The earlier posts on Zamia also indicate it as Z.furfuracea. I am taking it asZamia furfuracea L.f. ex Aiton. The correct spelling is Zamia, not Zammia, as written in my posting; sincerely regretted.
