Genus Anogeissus (Combretaceae) merged under Terminalia : 6 posts by 5 authors.

Please look at this publication:

All the species of Anogeissus have been transferred to Terminalia.
In India, we have the following species:
1. Terminalia anogeissiana Gere & Boatwr. = Anogeissus latifolia.
2. Terminalia phillyreifolia (Heurck & Mull.Arg.) Gere & Boatwr. = Anogeissus acuminata var. phillyreifolia = Conocarpus acuminata = Anogeissus acuminata.
3. Terminalia coronata (Stapf) Gere & Boatwr. = Anogeissus sericea = A. sericea var. nummularia.
Database of eFI may be changed accordingly.

Thanks, … Let us keep them sperate for the time being, for the convenience of members, who are more conversant with the earlier nomenclature.
