Flowers looks quite similar to those of Impatiens glandulifera, but it can be easily identified by its narrow-linear seed-pods, as opposed to the club-shaped seed-pod of Impatiens glandulifera.

31 July 2016 Impatiens sulcata – please notice narrow, linear capsules. Also upper lateral petals create kind of hood in upper part of flower mouth. Id please, an Impatiens sp.

Notice dark peduncles and pedicels. Developing capsules look nodding.
This is however late season flowering and some features could be different than in main season.

I do not recollect clearly but I think it could be around couple of feet tall.
On comparing, I find these more closer to images /species/a—l/b/balsaminaceae/impatiens/impatiens-sulcata Yes it’s Impatiens sulcata having larger flower with linear capsules unlike I.glandulifera where flowers are comparatively smaller with clavate capsules. .
