In Maharashtra this plant used on Dog bite. – Thanks for Confirmation of ID its a Merremia aegyptia Flora of Panipat: Merremia aegyptia village untla Panipat: Growing wild only Some more Pics from Village Kabri Panipat
are these seed pods or more flower buds.. Only Flower Buds
Convolvulaceae Week: Merremia aegyptia from Panipat Roadside area: Thanks for showing this species. Again a unique one.
The leaves …palmately compound are unique. (Some Vitaceae member climber is close to this in the picture) Calyx buds very much tomentose….Outer sepal much hirsute is the differentiating feature from other Merremia species. This species is sometimes mistaken for Merremia cissioides which a very similar structure except that the calyx on M.cissioides would be glabrous.

Pergularia daemia :: Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park :: 24 OCT 18 : 12 posts by 3 authors. 6 images.
Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park Jodhpur Date: October 24, 2018 … Altitude: about 300 m (980 feet) asl
Pergularia daemia (Forssk.) Chiov.
Pergularia daemia is twining around branches of Cryptostegia grandiflora.
To me looks different from images at Pergularia daemia
Yes, …, it does look different from flowers / fruits of Pergularia daemia … but I am not able to guess.
I am not sure whether it has something to do with premature dying of the plant – whether the dried structures are buds / flowers. I am not confident.
At other spots in the park, the climbers on Cryptostegia grandiflora was only Pergularia daemia – I must be mistaking.
Climbers seems to be of ipomoea turpethum
Thanks … I have not seen Ipomoea turpethum (syn of Operculina turpethum) in this manner; could be I have missed such sight.
I think Merremia aegyptia is also worth consideration..
Thanks … for the pointing to possibility of Merremia aegyptia.
It may be very well possible, if we especially check the last picture, I think it shows a dried palmate leaf.
I hope someone validates your thought.
Thanks, …, Surprising why you it is dried flower? for me it is fruits of Ipomea species. please check.
infect leaves (check dry one) are also alternate not opposite Thanks, … This has been identified as Merremia aegyptia Thank you very much … for validating and sticking to following up of this confusing post. makes perfect sense, even though the original picture is sort of fuzzy,
hence it is called hairy woodrose.
