Ranunculus diffusus:
Ranunculus diffusus from Gulmarg. Pl validate

The flowers look too big for R. diffusus. I think think this one is R. hirtellus, very common in Gulmarg and Khillenmarg.

Seen this herb en-route Dhel Pass at GHNP at an altitude of apprx. 3500m.
Could this be Ranunculus laetus ?? pl. validate the ID..

Not R. laetus. Some other species of Ranunculus.

I think it’s Ranunculus hirtellus

The plant resembles R. bulbosus

Ranunculus bulbosus is not found in India as per Ranunculus 

I also think it to be R. hirtellus

In absence of lower leaves the closest match for me is Ranunculus distans (syn: R. laetus).

Smaller flower size, hairy achenes, I think R. hirtellus
