Ranunculus diffusus:
Ranunculus diffusus from Gulmarg. Pl validate


The flowers look too big for R. diffusus. I think think this one is R. hirtellus, very common in Gulmarg and Khillenmarg.

I think it’s Ranunculus hirtellus


The plant resembles R. bulbosus


Ranunculus bulbosus is not found in India as per Ranunculus

In absence of lower leaves the closest match for me is Ranunculus distans (syn: R. laetus).
