Which Apiaceae. …??

Maybe some Heracleum species.
Pl. check.

Sium medium Fisch. & C.A.Mey. ??

Yes, appears close as per GBIF specimens- onetwothree.

But POWO does not give its distribution in our area.
However, CoL who considers Sium latijugum C. B. Cl. as a syn. gives its distribution in NW Himalaya.
POWO lists it (Sium latijugum C. B. Cl.) as a separate taxon.
Pl. check.

Their morphology and distribution patterns are discussed briefly. …) (Sium medium is associated with moist places (streams, etc.) in different parts of its range (Sukhorukov, pers. obs.). The species has an extensive range from the northern part of Central Asia to Pakistan and N India. Southern populations of S. medium—a common plant in Western Himalaya—were described as S. latijugum Clarke (1879). However, Kamelin (2002) argues that there are no morphological differences between the two species)
