May be, but two pics are of Jasminum. top two pictures buds gross anatomy is different from the bottom two. some mix up. bottom two your ideas is correct

Please ID this small herbaceous ornamental plant with violet flowers. Photo was taken from a park in Sri Lanka in April 2012. Should be Pseuderanthemum graciliflorum of Acanthaceae. Is there a key for the genus Pseuderanthemum there are more than 120 species… how does one diagnose a species from so many so closely resembling members? from one photo that may not have most of the differentiating features identified…
