Circulating ‘Flora Picture of The Year 2012’ on other groups: … has done wonderful work in compiling it in such a nice way. May I request …, other moderators & other members to pl. circulate this “Flora Picture of The Year 2012”  on other groups & their friend circles (with a copy to efloraofindia) of which they are the members just as a cross posting, as it is worth going through not only by our members but by all.

We are not able to find a way to select the best, as each picture is unique in some way or other.
Most of the photos as such are prize winners … because of the associated story.
In view, we have decided not to say which is the best or otherwise as in the previous years.

Flora picture of the year 2012.

Dear friends, as you all know that Indian Flora is inspired by the parent group called e-flora of India – google group. And on e-flora of India (efI)), we , every year, request members to post one of their flora pic and nominate it as flora pic of the year. Several member of efI responded and posted their favourite pic along with background / story behind that click. The admins of efI compiled those clicks and uploaded them on the blog, which I am sharing on this group. You may please comment and encourage the posts.
