Can you please identify this root crop. Photo was taken in Sri Lanka I March 2014. To it looks like Spider Lily. Crinum species ? The Bulb is of Crinum. ANother image cannot say. It can be of any Amaryllidaceae or may be orchid. Crinum species Thank you for email, the plant bulb showing in the first picture is Crinum but i am not sure about species (for proper identification needs its flowers & fruits). While plants showing in the second photographs may be Pancratium.
